FIRE THIS MAN!!!! Incredibly rude but more importantly, incredibly incompetent. There?s two drive though lines at this location... and on my visit on 11/7/22, the other one moved SEVEN cars through while our line only moved one. There were only 3 people onfront of me and I was there for over 20 minutes. Once I got to the window, I sat there being completely ignored for 5 minuteswhile he only tended to the people at the walk-up window. When confronted, the first time he ignored me, when I yelled a littlelouder he was very rude and said ?god damn? under his breath as if I was the one inconveniencing HIM. Two people behind me evengot out of line and went to the other line because it was taking him so long. As someone who has worked in customer service, Ican say for a fact his job is not hard at all. Pretty good food. Things are a little fast paced so be prepared to order. Pro tip: the line gets pretty long after around... 10pm. Get your food early! Read more
I would definitely recommend this place. Service was fast and polite. The Cajun fries, chicken sandwich, and hush puppies were... great. The BBQ sandwich was not what I expected and didn't have much barbecue sauce, which was disappointing and my husbandwasn't a huge fan of the overabundance of cheese they had put on the burger. Over all pretty good experience they were fastpolite and didn't miss anything on the order. Read more
Order was wrong, cooked poorly, and our ice cream was not only made wrong (with receipts on the side of the cup to ensure we... ordered correctly), but the ice cream tasted sour as well. Like it should've been thrown out. We would have gone back, but justleft a concert and just wanted to go to bed. Ridiculous. Read more
Was dissatisfied with burger and chicken sandwich we purchased. A few years ago, we had our 1st experience with CookOut and the... burgers were amazing! Thick, cooked to perfection. But THIS TIME , the "mini pattie" that u call a Single burger was a joke! Andthe Cajun Chicken sandwich was even worse. The only item that was consistent with its flavor was the Watermelon shake. Sad, verydissatisfied and will probably only order the shakes the next time we're in the area. Read more
The food was good but the guy working the drive through was about useless. He was rude over the intercom. He almost dropped... everything he handed me. He slammed the door after handing me my drink. I needed sauces so I sat there and he just stared at me.His eyes may have been a solid 3mm open. I'll drive out of my way to go to a different location. Read more
Fast service, delicious food, and great prices. Cook Out is consistently Charlotte's best fast food! Only drawback is that... everyone else knows that too, so lines are always long. Read more
First time coming here and most likely the last. Ordered through the side window, and the lady in there for any reason didn't... understand most of the things we said, I almost wrote down what I was trying to say for her to comprehend. I get that I have anaccent, but that hasn't been an issue in the dozens of places I've visited before. We ended up with a cheesecake, but we askedfor a milkshake flavor cheesecake. I asked for a hot dog with ketchup, and I guess the ketchup bottle was empty because therewere just a couple of red drops. Anyway the meat and sausage were not very tasty, the milkshake tho was kinda good, and plentyof options to choose from. Read more
