Today was my first and last visit. The woman that served me was so into the man I was with she couldn't even focus on my order... and asked several times AFTER he said he wasn't getting anything were we together... Now that I think about it maybe she meantlike in a relationship and was not implying it we were paying together. Maybe she even assumed he was flirting when he askedquestions as he too worked at cold stone in NY. Maybe I should've known when she said she'd flip the ice cream for a fee orasked him to come in the back to show her but ignorantly since I knew he wasn't flirting, I missed all the signs. My husband & I came last night around 6:30PM & ordered chocolate ice cream, but Coldstone said ?Sorry we?re out of chocolate ice... cream for the rest of the day. We should have more tomorrow.? Always teenage employees & long waits even if only 4 customers arein line, so we?re tired of risking the 20-30 minute drive over from Harrisburg only for them to not have basic flavors likechocolate (they were also out of several others). Today I rode 20min to get to this ice cream sale, when I entered the bad news already started. They only accepted cash. By God... in the 21st century that a store of this caliber does not accept T / C is unacceptable. well we got ready to order 2 ice creamswhich seemed to vomit, the presentation was horrible and the least it was cold, both ice creams were almost melted. They... started losing me when I used to live in Durham and the prices went up to an unnecessary amount. You all don?t understand how mad I was and better be lucky I didn?t comeinside just to fuss you out.
