The staff was very nice and helpful! The only reason I?m giving this 4 stars is because there are very few chairs for the... occupancy.\nThe bar service was great and Raven was quick and polite!\nI do ask that the Omni try and update all sites(including 3rd part sites) with accurate info and details when booking.\nValet is $25 not $20. Don\'t go to the Coin bar!!\n\nMy boyfriend and I did the resort pass for the Omni Hotel to enjoy the pool and drinks. I bought... two drinks which added up to 25.98. Two days later I get an email from Square saying that my total at the Charlotte pool justwent up to 30 bucks to include a tip! Now i dont know how that works but if i dont write down a tip amount, there should be notip taken from my card. And my boyfriend tipped him in cash. I will be contacting the accounting office first thing in themorning. Some might say its just five bucks but its five bucks i did not authorize. Read more
