Inaccurate hours, unfriendly staff
I originally wrote a very bad review and posted it.However I am reacting it the manager is absolutely awesome. She is a very... hard worker. I watched her making the delicious pretzels as well the cinnabuns.. She had two very nice young men working withher. My hat goes off to her work ethics. .It not easy being a a manager. Read more
Jessica is rude and was doing 2 things at once. There was a cashier there and was suppose to take orders. He was just standing... there. The service and attitudes of some of the staff made the experience unappealing. This location shares space with Auntie Anne?s,... which is fine except for confusing way to place the order - stand in one line, where? With workers who lack customer service toinclude being rude and abrupt. Read more

Service was unsatisfactory. Staff and management were rude and very disrespectful to customers. They have very weird hours so be... aware they may close at 4:30pm or 5:30pm or whatever time management feels like it. On this dreadful day, when asked if it waspossible to purchase fresh Cinnabon Rolls I was hastily told ?NO!? and to buy the 9 pack (to my dismay the 4 pack which is whatI wanted was not available). Upon arrival at my home, my family and I began to eat out our rolls. To our horror they were hardand stale. My hard earned money down the drain. Read more
