Before moving to University, I loved Chipotle & frequently visited the one near me at the time. Since moving, those days are... long gone. This is hands down, the absolute worse Chipotle location I?ve ever visited. Every time I want to give them a chance,I?m proven why I shouldn?t and again, waste money. I understand being short-staffed, but that?s not their only problem. Qualityof food is horrible. I may give this to the neighbors dog. Never seems to be a manager (or someone who acts like it) on duty.Seems to run my kids who don?t want to be there. Tonight I received a full bag of extremely stale chips, my bowl is disgusting,and the prices/long wait wasn?t worth this. Again! This chipotle was very dirty. I know things get crazy but you have to take time to clean. It?s actually a safety hazard never... mind health issue. I do wonder about the help these days. The food though was good and our order was correct. But I will lookfor the next chipotle down the road next time. There was a line out the door. I give up on chipotle in our area! This place is always dirty! The staff are rude and not very helpful they make you feel like... you're an inconvenience. They run out of stuff all the time. The salsa barely has any cilantro or onion in it, if at all it'sbasically tomato with tomato juice. They skimp on the correct portions too. But my biggest complaint is if they run out ofsomething like an hour before closing they won't refill it and just say they're out. Read more

The store is dirty and employees are very rude and disrespectful. Young girl just fixed my meal any kind of way and was arguing... about who was going to fix it. I tried to get a receipt but they were out of receipt paper, sour cream and vinaigrette. Managerjust standing there while his employees have no regard for him nor the brand. Very disappointing. Probably the worst Chipotle in Charlotte. Ordered on Door Dash and the bag was opened. You could tell by the pictures that the... employees were too lazy to seal the bag. Y'all couldn't staple the bag or use 2 stickers to seal it? No napkins or utensils. Thetaco filling was all outside the tacos. Ive been there 3 times and it's literally a bad experience every time. Save the headacheand go to the one on North Tryon. Fire the entire store, the GM either scared or lazy. STAND UP! Read more

The wait was not long. Inside of the restaurant was getting a lil crowded. I tried the Brisket burrito. Bad choice! The meat was... so tuff it ruined my burrito. I will never get it again! Also, when you ask for the vinaigrette sauce they act like they don'twant to give it out. Its on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. If you dont look down you will forget they have it. Its asmall amount in these large containers. I've never understood that! Why are they so stingy? I will pay for it but stop puttingthe vinaigrette sauce in the containers and not filling them up. The Barbacoa burrito was Excellent! The meat was tender, hotand it was very good! Again when you ask for extra sauce they look at you like you said something wrong. Please stop that!
