Food was good but service was not which makes the experience not pleasant. The girl who was making the food ready was unpleasant... and rude. She wasn?t even looking at us let along smiling or being friendly. For kids make your own taco, she didn?t even givecheese since my nephew picked rice, beans and corn. That?s ridiculous to limit it to 3 items only. I went to bathroom afterwardsand it was not clean and out of tissue paper. They could definitely work on their cleanliness and customer service. The customer service was ?ok?, the best you can typically get at a Chipotle. The restaurant was dirty though, including the... counter area for food preparation. Y?all need to do better on the cleanliness front. Read more

A terrible experience. Ordered online. Was given a 9 PM pickup time. At 9:20 PM, order still was not ready. When the orders came... out, they still got both orders wrong. Left off guacamole on one order (which we paid extra for) and left off sour cream on theother. Both ingredients were actually included in the printout on the item?but not actually put on. Veggies are rarely ever cooked and available for veggie burritos. At times they?re not even stocked with them. Other times I... have to wait like 10 minutes for them to be cooked. Staff is disorganized and things are sloppy. Usually love chipotle, such ashame that this one is so close and it?s such a CONSISTENTLY BAD experience. The only thing that is consistent is that I can besure it will be a poor to mediocre experience at best. I actually pay $5 more per meal to go to the Salsaritas at Blakeneybecause they?re always on point. So sad Read more
Whenever I come to this chipotle it always disappointments me everytime they don?t have fajitas,they don?t refill the containers... of black bean and I am specially vegetarian person..I just have to eat rice,corn,cheese,lettuce that?s it. Read more
I get Chipotle probably 4-6 times a week. This location hasn't had fajita vegetables available for the past couple months, which... is troublesome when I'm trying to grab a quick lunch and lose time driving here when I can go somewhere else. Read more
