The customer service here is great. The food is always good! We are Chipotle regulars and have a location that is closer to us... but drive the few extra minutes to go to this one. John in particular is always so kind, respectful, and inviting. Give John araise! Read more
Food was good but service was not which makes the experience not pleasant. The girl who was making the food ready was unpleasant... and rude. She wasn?t even looking at us let along smiling or being friendly. For kids make your own taco, she didn?t even givecheese since my nephew picked rice, beans and corn. That?s ridiculous to limit it to 3 items only. I went to bathroom afterwardsand it was not clean and out of tissue paper. They could definitely work on their cleanliness and customer service.
