Well. First off they are online orders only. Which is kind of an inconvenience to find that out once you arrive. I got a bowl... and paid for double meat and it was certainly shy of a double meat serving. Also the rice was just plain white rice. Not a traceof cilantro or lime as it should be. Everyone knows the rice is signature? I also ordered fajita vegetables and there were noneof those in my bowl. Yikes! Believe the recent negative reviews about this location. I?ve been here 3x since I moved but each time there has been an... issue. They are taking all orders through the app because of a staff shortage, so they are not doing in person orders. I was abit weary of this especially with my past experiences. Just like other reviews - the serving quantities are way off! Today, Igot a tablespoon of sofritas and a tablespoon of black beans but the cherry on top was the whopping amount of hot salsa they puton top. I always get hot salsa but this was over the top. It was so spicy I couldn?t get past a few bites. They definitelydidn?t skimp on the salsa which made it completely inedible for me. This place is really in need of serious quality control.These experiences has tainted my image of Chipotle. I will NOT be returning to this location unless I can place my order inperson; it?s so sad as a customer that I feel like I need to watch my order be prepared so it is proper and worth the money Iuse to pay for it. The workers were nice, and the restaurant looked clean. I ordered online, but the system didn't deliver my ticket to them, so it... took a long time to get my food (longer than just waiting in line), and I was quickly reminded that Chipotle is mediocre becausethey only use 3 seasonings: adobo, cilantro, and a million pounds of salt. I walked in to get my order and nobody said a word. I saw at least 5/6 ppl just standing around idle. I ordered a salad and was... given only one not even half full cup of salad dressing. I asked the girl for another one and she proceeds to say, ?they alreadyput too much in the one you have.? In what world do you eat a salad with a tablespoon of salad dressing? Clearly, it wasn?tenough for the amount of salad I ordered, but I paid almost $10.00 for the salad. As I said I ordered a salad. I've been to this location a few times (dinner and lunch) and it's been a great experience each time. I was impressed with the... speed and efficiency when I went during a busy lunchtime, my food was fresh and perfect. The employees each time were friendly,took care of me, and had great customer service. My chicken bowls have been perfect, with delicious flavor. The only thing I'dsuggest is check the chips to ensure they're fresh. Overall, I'd definitely recommend and have made this my go to Chipotle. Read more
I really enjoy Chipotle and go often but it's hit or miss. The food is good but my favorite part is the honey sauce and... depending on who makes it... it can be too oily or vinegary. The employees need to smile more. People don't realize howimportant customer service impacts your business. The brand sells itself but act like you enjoy your job! IMO Read more
The customer service is lacking. The young people working there definitely needs some training. There is no preset measurements... for the food. The last few times I went the server was so stingy with the ingredients. On the last visit The filling in mytacos were so skimpy that I didn?t buy them. Then I?ve seen customers ahead of me get a very large heaping, an excessiveamount of ingredients on whatever they ordered. I guess it depends on how you look, gender, etc. Who knows? I order from chipotle a lot, but this is the worst burrito I?ve ever. Ingredients were old and they were missing my guac. not to... mention the burrito wasn?t even wrapped. I might as well. I?ve gotten a burrito bowl. Super bummed. Read more
