I never been to a Chitople so dirty and disorganized! Trash cans over flowing, forks just in a box over the counter, dirty... tables, etc. Probably understaffed, but definitely poorly managed too. Oh, and A LOT of rice and very little meat on the tacos! Read more
Moved to this area month ago and tried this chipotle twice both time guacamole was bad ( turned brownish grayish). Second time I... asked manager can I have fresh and he said it fresh from the refrigerator. Which I did not believe. Also corn was frozen.likeyou are eating ice. Would rather drive far for better chipotle option but never come back to this location. Seems like theydon?t care for their food. Worst chipotle I have ever been. Chipotle has increased the cost of food tremendously due to inflated prices, however the bowl size has gone 1/2 when you placed... an online order. Ordered an entire chicken bowl. 1. Only had half of what the actual weight. 2. Bowl had a lots of beans andrice , no cheese, no sour cream. I just had a bite from the bowl. 3. I like to food at Chipotle...it always has a great fresh taste. This location can be very busy and even during the busiest... times, still is able to keep the line moving. The big disappointment at this location is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables, trash containers and drink area are always a mess. My most resent visit to this location took the cake...Therestaurant was a complete disaster.....and to make matters worse one of the dirty tables had a pair of inside out used glovesand the glass window looking outside were I was sitting appeared to have a booger smeared on the glass....it was completelydisgusting! I just don't understand why the employees are not better trained to keep the dining area clean...including theoutdoor eating area which is no better. This location does a ton of business and I am sure that the daily sales are huge, butI just don't understand why even when they appear not to be busy such as during my last visit, there were at least 6 employeesbehind the counter and not a single person appearing to be tasked with cleaning the dining area. Someone finally did come outto wipe down a table but only after they were asked to by a customer and then promptly took their dirty rag and scooted backbehind the counter without addressing anything else in the dining area. I am not sure why this goes unaddressed.....it istoo bad... because if this location was better managed, it could be a very enjoyable placed to eat. Read more
The food here was good but the serving line was lacking plenty some food. The place inside and outside though was very dirty.... Literally All the tables (I totally checked twice) had food and or crumbs on them and the trash cans were overflowing.theoutside tables were pretty much the same. The inside could use a good sweep as well. Just stock the line better and clean upbetter and this place could have 5 stars easy. Read more
Not a good value any more - burritos are half the size they used to be. I went on a trip and ordered our usual burritos and the... other location made them like chipotle used to - a meal. It?s a snack now at Waverly. As a single parent it?s frustrating tosplurge on takeout and still have my children hungry. After complaining in the app several times I checked the bag beforeleaving and the employee I mentioned it to blamed me - twice. First she said we didn?t order enough ingredients (it?s the sameorder for five years-they were big up until a few months ago). Then she told me it?s because I didn?t come in and wait in line.She also said they are not allowed to open them. But she could have offered to make them over or give me some additionalingredients im a container. Not planning to go here again. Note I don?t mind paying more (they raised the prices recently) but Iwant full sized burritos and at least an attempt to resolve my complaint. Read more
We order and pick up from this location once or twice per month because it?s the only location nearby. I have to report major... problems with our meals every single time. The in-store experience can be daunting at times, as picking up the dining area andwiping down the line seem to be lower priority than gossiping among the staff, but if you walk in you can at least make surethey make your order approximately correctly. Their chips seem eternally soggy, though, and there?s no helping that. Avoid ifyou have a choice! Read more
