Food was pretty good! I got wings and loaded fries! No celery or carrots on hand! All in all it was average.
Waitress was incredibly sweet and checked in often, the food came out very quick and tasted great!! We did almost leave because... there was no one out to seat us when we arrived and had to wait a while before someone came to us, and there were several tables/ spots at the bar that were not cleaned up after the customers left (felt like a lack of urgency). It damages the atmosphere abit, but if they can get that down, I can see this spot really coming into its potential. Overall though, do recommend for aquick lunch or meet up. Read more
Where to begin... Had to find a greeter. Sat for about ten minutes before my drink order was taken. Server walked by empty... glasses and dirty dishes on the table no less than 5 times. No "thank you" after the meal or follow up to make sure our mealswere correct. Table next to me asked three times for cups of water. Table in front of me got up to get their ownsilverware. We have never had an issue with the food here. However the speed of service at this location and another nearby Chili's location... (substantially worse) had become somewhat legendary. But because we enjoyed the food, good prices, and friendly staff the waitwasn't intolerable. Recently we have eaten here twice more. It took a few minutes to get seated and to get acknowledged by ourserver. But after that the orders were promptly taken, completely accurate, particularly delicious when it came to the sirloin,and AMAZINGLY FAST. Literally within minutes we had our food. And I believe they had only 2 servers for the entire restaurant.Understaffed and they stilled smiled, got everything right, and got it out quick. I made it a point to tell them at that momentthat I recognized and appreciated the effort. The least I can do is take the time to write this review as well. For a Chili’s this place is awesome. Burger was amazing, Mexican street corn was piping hot and tasted very authentic, fried... pickles were on point. Mind you this was a to go order too! Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be returning to thislocation! Read more
