Walked from hospital to restaurant. When returning to hospital, bag bottom broke as the top of the tortilla soup was not secured... and spilled all over the hospital floor and me. When I had completed cleaning, upon arrival in the hospital room, realized onlyhalf of the order had been filled . I walked back to the restaurant to advise of the spilled soup and the shortage of order. NOONE ATTEMPTED TO SAY IM SORRY and manager walked up and told me I needed to move and not block an area. I was discussing withhis employee the issue and that?s why I was standing where I was. ABSOLUTELY the worse service ever experienced at any chick fila. Buried in the medical building this is a God send when staying in the hospital. Chick-fil-A's food is always tasty but this... location needs some training for better service. Not the typical standard for Chick-fil-A. Read more
If I order a breakfast meal and I want hashbrowns don't give me waffle fries when clearly the ticket says hashbowns. Get it... together!!!! Read more

This was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had outside of sitting in long lines during covid. Brayln which is a... store in employee likes to throw things at the customers instead of sitting them on the counter or handing them to you she willthrow them at you .Management does not try to make things right or apologize for any wrong doings of his employees he wasactually huddled up with them as she was discussing why I was upset to the rest of the staff before I even had the chance to askfor the manager. The line is always crazy long at lunch, but the service is consistently very good and they work hard. The superfood side is my... new favorite. Pricier than it should be @ $4 for a "large" depicted and $2.85 for a small, but when you have as few small platevegetarian choices as they do, you compromise. Read more
This chickfila's service has gone down significantly in the last few months. Lunch time is chaotic. It seems to be that they... can't handle the massive amounts of orders from Doordash and regular customers. They don't even put the drinks with the onlineorders.
