1st unprofessional experience I have had at Chick fil A. They got my order wrong from the app. Didn't want to accept my rewards.... Never say their signature line. Catching up on reviews. I was here on Wednesday, 05-11-22. Not my regular CFA but was on that side of town. Wondering if they... were having an off day; the drive thru was extremely long & uncustomary for CFA, the line wasn't really moving. I got out ofline, pulled into a parking space, and ordered my spicy chicken salad via the app. Waited a little longer than the time my orderwas supposed to be complete and went inside. It looked to be busy & I still had to wait a little while before I was given mysalad. The salad was as good as always. Read more
OMG! So thankful traveled here for work and in the area near the coliseum there are lots of eateries but no fast food, well chic... fila a location was perfect. Not knowing the are can be kind of frustrating so look next time in Charlotte do what we did, tapGoogle maps, restaurants and chic fil a in the search...it was great watching the staff get things done.. seniors, physicallychallenged, language differences, and the orchestra of them was absolutely wonderful.
