The staff is so angry and reluctant to do the job that they get paid to do. For instance, they drag their feet and point at you... like you're the worst customer ever when you ask what happened to your drink that's 10 minutes behind your incredibly simplespicy chicken sandwich meal, oh and, what happened to "my pleasure"? The Chick fil A staple? Worst Chick fil A I've been to andI'm from Charlotte. Also, the sandwiches are visibly smaller in size compared to other Chick fil A's outside of campus. I work at a Chick-fil-A in Raleigh so I know how things work in the kitchen and the front of house. I think there?s is no excuse... for why this Chick-fil-A can have a limited menu, not use the app, and still be so slow. If I want to get lunch fast I?m goingto go to Wendy?s or Panda Express. I ordered three spicy chicken sandwich meals on 5/27/22 just for one of them to have mold speckled on the bottom of the... sandwich. I didn?t realize what had happened until a family member brought it to my attention and by then, this location wasclosed for the next few days. We began experiencing stomach cramps. I?d recommend going to a CFA where the ingredients are ofedible quality instead of this one. 5/31/2022- I am updating this review. I went in and showed the manager working a photo ofthe mold on the sandwich, in addition to me having the receipt. She rudely tells me that I needed to bring back in the moldysandwich for a full refund, and when I told her I threw it away because it had mold on it and didn?t want to risk it spreadingfurther, she shrugged and commented that there was nothing else she could do. I finally made it to the Chick-fil-A on campus. I walked in and saw the long line but I was hungry and in the mood for good... food. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got close enough to the registers to realize people ordered at kiosks way in the back,completely unable to be seen from where I was standing. No signs of "Order here" or "register closed". Needless to say Ididn't have time to wait an additional 20-30 minutes so I walked away, hungry and disappointed. Read more
