The staff is so angry and reluctant to do the job that they get paid to do. For instance, they drag their feet and point at you... like you're the worst customer ever when you ask what happened to your drink that's 10 minutes behind your incredibly simplespicy chicken sandwich meal, oh and, what happened to "my pleasure"?
