I will gladly wait through a long line for friendly respectful service. However, as of late this location in my singular... experience has more of a ?McDonalds? feel. Chick-fil-A has always been the hallmark of friendly, courteous, and respectfulservice, and to see this standard erode is really shocking. Unfortunately this seems to be the trend now post pandemic for anumber of service businesses, and it?s sad to see this franchise go down this road as well. Another issue with this locationare the signs for which lane to use. They are too far away to see from the street. When the line extends to the street, unlessyou are familiar with this location, you would not know which lane to drive into and once the lanes start moving forward you arestuck in the lane you started with. The staff member in the drive thru lane gave me an attitude when I offered friendly feedbackon the signage, with a reply of ? there are like five signs throughout the drive-through?. The way she answered tells me she hasfrustration with people being in the wrong lane. Ma?am, It doesn?t matter how many signs there are, if they are too small toread and not placed in an appropriate location, they are of no use. Read more

First Chick-fil-A a worker was rude to me! The food was good as usual so three stars. I asked for a sauce at the window because... this location always forgets to put it in the bag. The worker got an attitude when I asked(nicely) and told me it was an extracharge. Read more

Look at all the complaints about rude, racist and unaccommodating staff? WILMA is the WORST of them all. Its really simple, if... a customer asks for ?honey butter on the side?, or sauces? just give the customer what they asked for. No need to go back andforth over HONEY BUTTER. ?We cant charge for it so I am not going to give it to you? this Wicked Witch of the East said to methis morning. I would give this place ZERO stars if it were an option. I go to this chic fil a because of its close location. It used to be... good but the service and quality of food has diminished. They literally held up the drive thru for 20mins and refused to give meextra sauce (which i paid for and is ALWAYS missing in previous orders), in addition to missing part of my order. This used tobe my go to location, however, the new team and lack of quality team members is quite evident in the way they treat customersand the food (typically cold, dry, sauces, missing orders). This place is usually great even when they are busy. But today during the morning rush 9:30-10:15, the older woman about 5?5? in... a solid red collared shirt with all black hair with curled bumped ends, spoke very nasty to a customer. I heard her call a nameat the counter and a young girl with braids off to the side said oh that?s mine and goes to the counter for it. However thewoman is calling another person already and handing them their food. The girl said ?I had Cynthia/Sylvia(?)-? the womanimmediately cuts her off whiles she?s speaking and says ?If I didn?t call your name it?s not ready.? The girls tries again tosay ?You called my na-? she interrupts again ?Because if we don?t say a name it?s not up yet!? Finally the girl says ?That oneis mine? The woman hands her to food with ZERO apology. I spoke to the girl on my way out to tell her I heard that interactionand how the woman didn?t take the time to listen. I understand things get busy but if you can?t maintain a polite andprofessional manner through the stress, you need to ask to move to a different position, where you can treat customersconsistently with respect. The woman assumed that young girl was being inconsiderate and treated her that way. She was verysnippy in her tone and short tempered with the girl. I don?t know if it was the girls young age, her braids or the woman?sstress that made her think it was okay to speak to her that way. Read more

THE BEST THING WAS THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER!! HE WAS SO SWEET HIS NAME STARTED WITH A (D/ & HE HAD DREADS)HATE I CANT... REMEMBER HIS NAME THE BEST IN DRIVE THROUGH! GREAT PERSON SO SWEET !EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MY ORDER WAS WRONG! BUT RIGHT ONreceipt!!WAS RUNNING LATE FOR A MEETING WE COULDN'T GO BACK! 1st EVER mess up at Chick-fil-A!! Take more time!!! Gavin needs a raise! I came here for lunch, drive through. I normally have great service, but today was exceptional. While I... waited the short amount of time for my food, Gavin chatted me up. Genuinely seemed interested in our conversation and theanswers to his questions. Not only is he a superb worker, his mother should be proud of the amazing person he is!
