I don?t know how they operate under the name Chick-fil-A??? The breakfast biscuit tasted nothing like a traditional Chic-fil-A... biscuit and it and the tater tots were cold! The icing on the cake on top of the location, is that because they operate as aseparate franchise they don?t allow you to use your rewards app! The lady who did check me out was respectful, but that was theonly positive. I really love Chick-fil-A and will continue to support them. I hope they could look at all of the low reviews andhep this location, so there brand stays in tact. Read more

These geniuses have a hidden Chick-fil-A surrounded by office buildings and they have a small sign that's literally 2 ft by 1 ft... visible from the street. They're never going to get any traffic that's not local and as a result the food always tastes likeit's been sitting for a half an hour or more. I love Chick-fil-A and even though this location is right across the street frommy house I've only eaten there four times in 5 years. This has been the worst chick fil a consistently for over the last 12 yrs. It was inconsistent at best when i went to college ... 10 years ago and i give it a try again only for them still to continue to say they dont have chicken 10 years laters. Ilitteraly see the chicken behind the counter. Charlotte has changed a lot but this place consistently delivers subpar serviceif it even delivers service at all. Everyone that works there is always so rude. Yesterday October 24, 2018 the lady working the grill was so rude. They were out of... fries and every time someone would ask for them she would say "WE ARE OUT!" with such an attitude. She had such a RBF and whenguest would say thank you she wouldn't say anything, not even "My pleasure". She needs to be fired because she doesn't make agood image for chick fil a. So go look at who was working and fire her. For it to be an express they are slow and you alwayshave to wait. The food is always cold. Read more
