Friendly service as usual. Fast.ypu can never complain about chick filet ... it's always consistent and better then peers.
Deluxe meal ???? items are good, Which will get chips and cool drink added to the order, Chick-fil-A sauce is good and tasty..
This is a very good Chick-Fil-A. They have spicy chicken and chicken tenders that are more flavorful that the basic. I have... never gotten a meal where the chicken or fries has been cooked in oil that is old or burnt. Any time I have said anything aboutan issue, such as having a gotten the wrong shake and missing something. Happens very few times, but always is correctedpromptly. Read more
Incompetent workers. Normally my chic fil a visits are superb. At this location, I was skipped over while in line...I was only... noticed when the line started backing up because I didn't move forward to drive up to pay because my order still hadn't beentaken. I get to the window speak to the manager and she offers a free cookie for a $16 order to make amends. I receive my orderand a drink is missing. An associate tells me that other drink hadn't been added to my order and she asks did I want to pay. Areyou serious? This is the 2nd screw up you all have made today and you are going to nickle and dime me for a drink ...thatshould have been on the order in the first place. I always have a great experience at the University Chick Fila but today was exemplary! I went back because I had the wrong salad... dressing in my bag (not a big deal) but on my way back I had dropped 2 large lemonades. When I told the Manager what happened henot only gave me the correct dressing but 3 more plus gave me 2 lemonades to replace the ones I dropped along with acomplimentary free lemonade. He was so empathetic about my mishap. His customer service was outstanding! I didn?t get his namebut he always wears a bandana. Thank you so much! You really made my day! This Chick-fil-A location is OK. I go here often for lunch. Most times I have to wait for the spicy chicken sandwich to finish... cooking before I?m able to grab my order and head to the cash register. The french fries are often also not available at thetime in which I go. I have started going later than the standard 12 PM lunch time to avoid these rush situations however I stillhave to wait most times other than that the food is fresh and almost cooked order. Good food, good atmosphere, great cashier. First line manager and cleaning staff needs a bit more training in customer care.... They swept around us . Ok. Then they came right near us while we?re eating. As dust particles flew, we asked if they would likeus to move. The elder lady got upset and manager agreed that she should sweep while we eat. ??????????? When I approached themanager his retort was ?do you want to eat in a dirty place????????????? Of course we don?t but we also didn?t come to purchasedust fries and dust chicken. Stop sweeping right near customers when they are dining in. First bad experience reported on fastfood in a while.
