I've been here many dozens of times, including dine-in, carry out, and drive thru experiences. This Chick-fil-a, like many... others, provides consistently excellent experiences. The food is delicious, the service is relatively quick despite having aTON of customers every time I go, and the customer service has a baseline that every other fast food chain should strive for. The managers clearly cared more about instilling the fact they are the boss to the new trainees than making sure they know how... to check orders. When 3 meals are $40 and they're all wrong it's a problem. When you pay for a product and don't get it, that'stheft. Read more

I?ve never had a bad experience at any chick filet ever so this was an unexpected first! Ordered online only to get to the... location and wait another 30 mins for just a salad only to end up requesting a refund! The customer service wasn?t bad but italso wasn?t up to the standards we?ve come to associate with the restaurant! I wont be back to this location and will questioncoming back at all! I can?t remember having a less than pleasant experience at Chick-fil-a but this location just wasn?t. We preordered everything... on the app, to make it easier for them with our family of 6. My husband waited inside for quite a while and when they deliveredour food to him at the pick up counter, they?d completely forgotten our drinks. When he got everything to the car and we droveoff, we realized that half of our drinks were wrong, we didn?t have any utensils, and one of our sandwiches didn?t have anysauce on it (as we?d ordered it) and we weren?t provided any in the bag. It seems a little nit-picky but for as much as we paidand as long as we waited, we just wish it would have been right. It was a highly unusual experience given how great Chick-fil-ausually is! Order two large fries, just for it to be half empty. What?s the point of paying more for a Large, if you?re getting a... medium/small. UPDATE: Ordered from this place again through the drive-thru. Got our order wrong, you guys better order onlinethan in-person. Read more

Great food. We ordered diet lemonade/unsweetened tea. Was given regular tea. No lemonade. Not supposes to have sugar so 2 large... drinks wasted. Read more

Drive-thru lines are typically long; however, it usually moves quickly. Its better if you order on the app & then just give your... name when you get to the drive-thru. It's other customers who slow things down when they take forever to order. The staff isalways friendly & personable. I feel bad sometimes for those who have to stand outside to take orders when it's really hot, coldor raining outside, but they still have a great attitude. They hire great people & more fast food places and/or companies ingeneral should follow their methods! Read more

The drive through line at this location takes longer than other locations, but the food is good and they get my order right... (extra pickles, include ketchup for fries). I agree with the other reviewer that the waffle fry container doesn?t look full. Irecommend ordering on the app so you can earn points for free food. Read more
