Honestly this is the worse chick fil a location ever! The drive thru lines are always long and they move so slow compared to... others. They always forget something or mess something up and then the attitudes when you ask for your order to be corrected! 11/8/22 10:28am (literally a couple of minutes before lunch) was told by SHELBY and DENISE (a ?manager?) that I couldn?t order... lunch because they had not began cooking lunch yet. Probably would?ve taken me two minutes to order meaning I would?ve gotten myfood fresh! SMH this location needs to fire it?s entire staff and start over. We went through the drive through and were told to wait in the parking lot because our food wasn't ready. After waiting for 15... minutes with no food, we went inside to see if they had forgotten our order. Mr. Kevin, the manager, was extremely apologeticand refunded the cost of our order. He got us our food and even increased the size of our drinks and fries. We were blown awayby this incredible customer service, and will be coming back again soon. Thank you Mr. Kevin! Read more
2-3 minutes per car in the drive thru line. Not to mention I placed an order for pickup, mistakenly I selected in store. I get... to the drive through window after waiting in line, and they refuse to get my order and tell me I have to go park and go in thestore to get my order. I absolutely can not stand this Chickfila. How is it that I got a burnt sandwich? I tried calling once I got to work and saw the... sandwich, but the call said that my call was forwarded to voicemail. This sandwich went right in the trash at work! Check your orders. This is the second time in the last two months I placed a large order and was missing stuff. The first time... all of the sauces and salsas were missing. I didn?t call back and just did without. This time they shorted me serval items.Since this was for my coworkers and I, I was unable to go back since we were in a meeting. I called a few times and it went tovoicemail. Through an online source I sent a message and did receive a call back. They said they would refund my card for themissing items but still haven?t seen that credit to my account. After speaking with my coworkers I found out that they nolonger go to the Davis Lake location. They go to one near Northlake mall and get great service every time. Read more
