Avoid this place at all costs. We just waited for over 40 minutes for a mobile order. There was a drive through line wrapped 3... times around the building and they have only one person working out there. There were about 50 people inside waiting on foodincluding some people who had been waiting an hour before us. The manager gave us a refund but it doesn?t even seem like it wasfor the right amount. The lines are always long to the point that I can't trust coming over on my lunch break from a neighboring business. My last... (4) orders have all had missing items from sauces, Utensils, napkins to food items. The last order even included a substituteditem that I didn't even order or know about until I got back to work. They are good about fixing it After the fact, but thatdoesn't help when you're stuck at work on a 12 hr. shift without what you ordered. Read more

Stopped because of sign on interstate, but it?s nowhere close to the interstate. Had to summon a counter employee away from his... side conversation to place an order. Salad lettuce was wilted and had brown spots. Order was missing my fries. Couldn?t getattention to get salad dressing or refills. Bathroom was filthy. Read more
After a long (delayed) flight back from the West Coast, I was looking forward to some Chick-Fil-A. Guess since it was close to... closing, they were too lazy to make fries so I just got mostly soggy crumbs. I guess they were considerate not to fill it allthe way up? Read more
Disappointed in the sandwich, the sun joy and mac and cheese were good. The bread was stale and the chicken was charred... they... need to clean the grill. The employees spent several minutes discussing hair while we waited for our drinks (including themanager). We didn't get the ice cream ordered with the kids meal. Read more
