We were at the outlet getting a few things and decided to grab something to go. We went to the food court and my eyes lit up... when I saw Charley?s. There wasn?t a line so we went straight to the counter. The young lady didn?t greet us.. No biggie! Weordered our food .. Philly steak combo. We ordered strawberry lemonade? I wouldn?t call it that. She acted like they had ashortage in strawberry syrup. I excused that!! The cook seemed like she was mad about something. She had a mean mug!! There wasa guy helping but this whole crew seem to have problems. No customer service at all. I should have checked my food before Ileft. I would have requested the cook to redo our Philly?s. The Philly wasn?t chopped up at all. What the heck people!! I loveCharley's but this one. I know there?s a shortage in help but bad help will ruin your brand. Read more

This location has always been super nice. I always do mobile orders to skip the line. The only thing I really feel like that... needs to be addressed is the air in the food court there... it's extremely hot... and I feel terrible for the workers... likethey are pouring sweat while making food.. like the company or the mall needs to fix this asap. They seem to have an issue accommodating people with food allergies, and are extremely rude about it. Not to mention, rude to... each other. A cook screamed ?cashier? at the lady running the register, rather than addressing her by her name. They made awhole scene in front of customers because my husband tried to correct them when they made our order wrong on Sunday. Read more

How about I purchased a combo Philly Cheesesteak meal and the guy gave me a drink with no ice. I said, ?Um, this drink is warm,... can I get some ice?? The guy said, our ice machine is broke. Ok, but my drink is still warm. I was told to go and ask anothervendor for ice. What? Maybe you should have let me know that you didn?t have cold drinks and I would have just purchased adrink from them in the 1st place. SMH????. Do better! Read more

As one of the very few places in Charlotte Premium Outlet to get a bite, the line will be quite long. However, the food will... still be good quality and good value. Cashier really seemed like she hated life. Read more
