How do you tell a bank employee that their money is FAKE? The only expertise offered was the managers age and attitude. I'm... trying to figure out what disqualified my cash. There wasn't a bill check pin or scanner on site. If you're going to accusesomeone of "getting got" or "trying to get you", you have to have more to disqualify their money. My order was accurate but my 4 piece fish dinner with okra and fries was overcooked. Everything was too overcooked to even eat.

Poor Customer Service. Received uncooked chicken and missing items from a meal, and did not receive drink with order. After... driving 30 minutes across town with my family that was helping me move to my new apartment, I was told that the manager on dutydid not have refund authorization and a refund would be processed on the ensuing day and could not be done that evening. Thenext morning I return, WITH THE FOOD, only to be offered replacement/vouchers and no monetary compensation. Jeff graham refusedto give me my money back, and this is my response is stead of causing a scene. I am irate, and will seek further compensation. Read more
