DELICIOUS! That fish sandwich really hits the spot! Today I tried the coleslaw instead of fries. I really enjoy that it's got... some sweetness to it. Topped the meal off with a sweet tea. I was the only car in the drive through and got my food fast andhot! I'll be coming back to this location for sure! Great quick seafood fix! Read more

If I could write no stars I would! When I arrived, someone told me to wait on the drive thru speaker. I literally waited 15... minutes before I drove up to the window. Can you believe the lady at the window told me they were ?busy?!? Busy doing what? Noone was in front me and the sitting area is CLOSED. Anyways, she literally looked SO HIGH! Her and this other white male. Theywere SO high, moving in slow motion and didn?t know where anything was. I couldn?t believe it. Who left them in charge?! DO NOTGO TO THIS LOCATION. Drive the extra minutes to go to a different location or a new restaurant altogether! Read more

Food was ok. But the exterior of the building is a dirty mess. The employees look and seem as if they were all high on drugs.... The two guy employees pants were sagging. This location needs cleaning and order. This location also needs a whole new crew. Read more

This Captain D?s has the worst service. Please make sure that you check your food before you leave. Today my husband went and... got us 2 country fried fish plates and he didn?t check the food before leaving. When he brought me the food for my lunch thefish was crumbled up in the boxes. I called to let the manager know what happened and told her I took pictures of the plates. Itold her I didn?t know when I would be able to come back to get it replaced because I work all the time. She said to keep thefood and whenever I can bring it back even if it?s next week she will replace it. So, she wanted me to carry this box of crumbshome from work, put in my fridge or what not until I can return to her store to have it replaced. That makes no sense at all.So, no lunch for me and no apology from her and I guess no replacement even though I have a picture of the box and my receipt.So a loss for me ???????????? Read more
