They messed up my order on purpose. If you run out of something just let the customer know. They literally out 12 pieces of... mozzarella sticks in my bag but still asked me if I ordered nuggets. How else does a person screw up an 1 order of nuggets and a4pcs mozzarella sticks. Their customer service was pathetic from the driver through to both window stops. Replace theseemployers with robots you'll do a lot better. Go to bojangles instead of wasting your time and money here. Read more
Every time I have visit this establishment. The young ladies that work the drive-through. Has it never got my order wrong. To... the kitchen staff whoever is back there on the ones and tows thank you. My food is always correct the fries are always hot. TheOnion rings are always hot. The Burger is always amazing. This was the WORST experience I have had at this place. First let me say my food was horrible and the service was even worse. My... whopper was cold as well as the undercooked onion rings the best thing was my drink. I end throwing away my food and now I'm atwork hungry. The staff except for the lady collecting the money were bad. I asked for condiments and the girl just droppedeverything cause she was so quick to get me out of her face (I was once a fast food mgr for 10 yrs I know that response she wasgiving). Staff was Incredibly Pleasant and helpful! They were patient, they did not rush me, they politely explained my options and... availability. When I pulled up to pay, the lovely lady engaged in extra conversation that definitely brightened my day. Then shetold me my order was ready and I could proceed. Experience was ok, went for breakfast and dining room was closed. Got a sausage crossant. It was ok, kinda dry. Experience at... the drive through was weird, either being rushed or lady couldn't hear me or she wasn't paying attention. They gave me the wrongfood at the window, so i guess she wasn't paying attention. I had to tell them it was wrong while they were handing it to me.This is why I very seldom go to BK!!! Read more
Nice people, good service. They simply don't cook their bacon enough on their croissants. I declare it's worse on the weekends.... Not much more to say today. Love this burger. I stopped eating beef about 15 years ago, and the junior whopper with cheese was my go to burger. The... impossible is a great meatless option that offers a meaty texture. I gave the service a 3 because whenever I go thru the drive-thru, the cashier at the window ALWAYS has a nasty attitude &... disposition. However, when I'm able to go inside (due to them not having the door locked????), the cashier at the front, whetherit's a manager or associate, is ALWAYS so friendly, courteous, & helpful. I would NEVER go thru the drive-thru if it were leftup to me. This particular trip, we only purchased Nuggets & fries for the kids. From what I could tell, everything was prettyfresh & quite tasty.
