I'm giving four stars exclusively for the engaging, charismatic and pristine customer service of front counter cashier... "Destiny", during my dine-in visit, the evening of 10/ 21/22. Engaging us customers with an endearing elated demeanor.Unfortunately, the front counter staff was contrast to this. I'm referencing the male employee with sagging pants, completelyexposing underwear. In full view of a unenthusiastic manager. As a result, I only ordered a prepackaged item, instead of acooked item. It just threw me off. I don't know when Burger King put the viewing of an employee's underwear on the menu.Allowing such a practice is nasty, has no place in a food environment and questions the integrity of the establishment. Disappointed at this location. Nice and safely lit parking lot. Very inviting for a customer. Then you sit their drive through... for damn near 10 minutes, just to hear the cashier tell YOU, " Sorry. We are closed for the night. The car on front of you wasthe last one." Really? You don't do that with cars in line. Especially, when you close the store 30 minutes early. ReallyDisappointed. Precisely today 10 minutes before 8:00 pm I in this Burger King , and when I was about to order at the register , a very... unpleasant women of color appeared and did not want to take the order , because according to her the lobby was already closed,But alls the doors still open. I wanted to pass the situation and forgetting the bad imagen of this woman that look that shehas not bathed today..I went to order at the drive thru and when I recive my hamburgers they did not have lettuce and tomato andwithout mayonnaise and ketchup. I go to this location every other day and every time I go no matter what time i go they claim the milk shake machine is down.... Either it?s being cleaned, it isn?t working, or something. There is always an excuse why it isn?t working. And I am tired of ittruly. There is no reason no matter what time it is I can?t get a milkshake. I could understand if the machine is just shut downfor the night but that is never the case! This needs to be addressed it is unacceptable! We arrived just as the breakfast menu was switched over to lunch. We were told we could still get breakfast. We first wanted... the new melts. They didn't have the bread for that. We got something else which was fine. The problem was one of the employeeswasn't happy we were ordering breakfast. It was 1030 on the dot. Then someone else came in wanting breakfast and she grumbledabout that. I think she might have been new because another employee help her with the register. Her comments were rather rudeI thought. I've been to this location 4 times. 3 out of the four times, they people making the sandwiches get it wrong. First time, my... brither and I got double whoppers with bacon and cheese (no onion on one no tomato or condiments on the other). When we gothome, we found that we were charged for what we ordered and gave us regular *single* whoppers. Another time my brother orderedhis sandwich plain to make things easier and it was, except for the mayo theu put in. The outward facing staff and managers aregreat when interacting with customers, but they need sandwich makers who pay attention to detail. Read more
I used the app to order a whopper meal. There was no one else in the drive thru line when I arrived so I only had to wait a... couple minutes to get my food. The fries were hot when they handed me my food. After the drive home, my food was barely warm.It was ok. Not the best whopper I?ve ever had, but not the worst. We enjoy a burger from BK and the last 3 visits when we order they don?t have onion rings. Just wondering why ? Is the manager... not ordering enough ? Has anyone else had this issue ? Staff is friendly at the drive thru and always apologize BIT we wouldrather have the onion rings ???? Read more
