I was visiting my Daughter as usual, Friday 9/23/22 before I got to her house she asked me to stop in at Burger King to bring... the family four combo meals to hold them over until dinner , when I got there the door was locked so I went through the drivethrough since I hadn't eaten I ordered a whopper meal for me, because I really don't make it a habit of eating at Burger King,but I said OK since I'm right here, I ordered four combo meals with some Barbecue sauce and extra ketchup and hot fries, afterwaiting in line for our order before I pulled up the guy told me the fries were hot, I checked the fries they were cold so Iasked for hot fries and gave him five orders of cold fries back four large one small , I waited and they cooked fresh fries Ithanked them and pulled off, when I got to my Daughters house two orders of fries were missing and they were mixed with coldfries, I tried calling them several times but they wouldn't answer the phone, the Restaurants on that side of town have poorcustomer service. It was my 2nd time visiting and what I liked about this restaurant is there is no wait time on their drive thru and I got my... food really fast and it was hot. They also gave me ketchup even though I forgot to ask them (as I love ketchup in almosteverything,lol) in which I am so thankful. I have never experienced any other fast food that would give ketchup without measking them. My order was not messed up (like everything that I have ordered was given to me). Most of the fastfood, they messedup orders and the wait time is very long. This is by far the best burger king I have been to. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru passing the dining room with a few people eating inside. The lady at the drive thru said we are... closed and hours say 7 am to10 pm. Then I heard that since they still get paid they just won?t serve people till 10 am as I wasdriving off. Seems like she didn?t turn off the mike. Why even work Read more
This is the most ghetto Burger King establishment I have been to in the state of North Carolina. Their customer service skills... is definitely the poorest. My family and I rode through BK drive thru tonight and never in all my 68 years have I received such nasty disrespectful poor... service. The nasty girl that served us left food items off the order. She proceed to argue rudely saying nothing was missingfrom the order. She then walked off saying she didn't know what to do. Another server passed us the missing drinks but not themissing meal. Politely this server asked us to drive up and they would bring out the missing food. The nasty server brought outpartial parts of the order to the car. When nasty girl was told the fries were missing she proceeded to argue rudelydisrespectful again yelling nothing was missing from the order. The nasty server walked off and went back inside. We drove backto the window asked for the manager. I assumed this was the manager in a sleep head bonnet, brown BK tee and black NIke leggingthat came to the window with fries in hand. The "Manager" politely asked what happened. As the story was being told the nastyrude girl came up and proceeded to argue again. I told the manager "see she is still arguing, she has a stank attitude." The"Manager" tried to close the window and the nasty server reached over and struggled with the manager to open the window. If thenasty girl's actions had been done to the wrong customer on the wrong night this complaint might have ended very differently.Apparently the nasty girls could not read/comprehend the posted menu with 2 meals each @ $5.99 written as one meal. There is noexcuse for disrespect to any customer. Note: When we came to the window all the cashier/servers were in the front, playing orlaughing about a note a male customer left on the back of a receipt.
