When taking our payment, he continued with great use of his voice and demeanor making the experience easy and gave usoptions, made it easier and fast to complete our order. I went to Burger King and wanted the lady at the drive thru to explain to me what your chepeast chicken sandwhich was. She had a... nasy attitude and told me to look at menu. She said we have several chicken sandwhichs, just pick a number. (Chick-fil-a wouldnever!) I then chose a number and then the lady told my me good bye and that she wasn't going to serve me.
