Nothing quite like walking into a restaurant and the waitress is instantly annoyed you?re there?on a Friday?at 5:30. Went here for lunch. Waited to be seated, server told us to sit anywhere. Took a booth and waited 7 minutes for a server to... come by and take our drink order. We watched the servers talk to each other in front of the kitchen. No one came over..... So we left. First and only time I will go to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more

In terms of Buffalo Wild Wings, definitely one of the better we have visited. We visited on a weeknight around roughly 8:30 pm... and it was not crowded. Sat at the bar and we were acknowledged almost instantly by the bartender. We ordered 20 plain wings,sauces on the side and a large french fry. Food was cooked nearly perfectly for our tastes, we enjoy our wings crispy but notdried out. All of our sauces we asked for came out with the food in the quantity requested, which may be a first at a BuffaloWild Wings. The bartender remained attentive throughout our dinning, she even picked up on a statement we made earlier that weusually run out of fries and asked us if we wanted to put in another order. We are are out of state bdub people, we stopped by on Thursday midday. Service was quick and polite. Drinks were cold and tasty!... Food was on point and the place is clean. Definitely will come back when we move to Charlotte. Read more

By far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. It was my first time there we had to seat ourselves. We received... our drinks but no straws asked twice and never got to us. It took 50 minutes to get someone to take our order. 15 minutes laterour food came out and we finally got our straws but ice had melted already we had watery soda. All that for our wings andburgers to be cold. We asked for ranch and never came after we asked the waitress three times. Every time we would ask forsomething we had already asked before we received a bad attitude and bad facial expressions. The host and all the waitressesseem not to care as you could literally tell on their faces they didn?t want to be there. I usually come often but Today July 19 was a bad experience with the services, a party of 5 didn?t get all the food on time and... some of us just didn?t get it at all and ended cancelled the rest of the food (1 hour later), then I noticed a our server Johnwas new and was doing his best but the rest of the server were ?hanging in the drink station with helping him while everyoneelse was busy. I ordered via Grubhub. By the way, the restaurant there is called Wild Burger. The pictures speak by themselves. Worst... experience ever. Unbelievable. Big fan of their boneless wings! Our server was polite, friendly and helpful with selecting sauces. We know they were a little... short staffed and so we will give them a pass on how long it took for the food to come out. On the bright side, it gave us theopportunity to really enjoy our drinks. I would highly recommend the Deep Eddy Crush if you're a fan of Blood Orange. So good! Read more
