My kids had a dental appointment and we came to this location afterwards. It was pretty empty and we were told only two waiters... were on staff, but man did we have the best waiter! Matthew was very kind and attentive, even with other people coming in. Hemade sure we knew the special and even saved us some money. The food was EXCELLENT! We haven?t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in awhile, and now I see what we were missing. Definitely visit this location!! Read more
Always enjoy this spot. Especially on a Thursday for BOGO day. Sometimes seating and alcohol situations here are weird but... overall a good place to come eat some wings and watch the game. Read more
This place used to be really good, but recently we have found ourselves a little disappointed every time. We arrived at 9:41pm.... We Ware seated quickly by a nice young lady. After she seated us, nobody came to greet us or take our order until 10:25. Afterour waitress took our order, we didn't see her again until 10:45 when she brought us our drinks. We finally got our food at11:10. She said she was going to get us forks, but then didn't come back for about 10 minutes, so we didn't have any utensils toeat our wings. The food was fine and the staff was friendly as usual, but the wait was extremely long. We ended up leaving therestaurant at 11:35. Definitely not a place to come for a quick bite I understand a lot of businesses are short staffed rightnow, but we counted 14 customers in the restaurant, and 12 staff members working during our visit. That's almost a 1/1 ratio.There's no reason for service to be this slow when you have empty dining room. Read more
A friend and I went here to grab a bite and the food was delicious. The manager was very friendly and I saw him greet each table... in the restaurant. Our waitress Skyler was great too. She was the only server on the floor at the time yet she was alwaysproactive showing up before we had any needs so a wait was never an issue. It's been some years since I've been to thislocation and while the food was always good the management and team have taken this place above and beyond. Read more
Used to come here all the time back in the day...its gone wayyydown hill. Stopped in to pick up a to-go order. Only 1 waitress... working (which should have been our first indication to run)...we ordered food to go to not cause the 1 waitress anymore stress!Got the online exclusive $39.99 deal of 20 traditional wings / 20 boneless wings with LARGE FRYS. We got about 1/4 of the sizeof a SMALL FRY! SMH! Seriously never again! Read more
Hands down the worst BWW I?ve ordered from. Placed an order through Uber Eats for boneless wings (2 flavors) and hatch queso... with pico. The wings were dry and came with the sauce on the side. Are the wings not supposed to be TOSSED?! At the least if Ihave to dip/toss my own wings could utensils and napkins be provided?! The queso was runny and guess what? NO PICO. The customer service was trash as soon as I opened the door before even stepping in. I ordered online the girl looked at her... phone with an attitude and said I already did last call so I let her know I already ordered she asked my name and told me itsright there as I?m walking in. The fries were half hard half soft and tasted very much unseasoned. The wing definitely weren?ttossed in sauce, the sauce was just poured on the wings. Wing sauces have a good flavor. However, the wings we?re not fresh, extremely hard/crunchy, and took forever though there was... only one other couple in the restaurant besides my husband and I. The worst however was the ladies room. I never sit on toiletseats. But just to see these made me want to throw up the food Id just eaten. The most disgusting bathroom I?ve ever seen.
