We go for a couple of Sriracha Honey Sunrise sandwiches and a tub of that cream cheese once or twice a week. It's always good... service, and the food is pretty good. We've been here often enough that we don't even order; they know what we want. There is aCaribou Coffee right next to it in the same room, which makes pretty great coffee too. Read more
I've been to this location as a Doordasher and I hate it every time. The store may not even be busy, but no one asks if you... need assistance or who you are there for. They just look up, see you, and go on about their day. I don't believe I would makeit a habit to come into a restaurant and stand near the mobile order table for 10+ minutes without reason. I would be fine withthe lack of assistance if orders were ready every once in a while or employees would at least greet you when you come in. I'veread other reviews saying other locations are great. *** Update 4/29: response from owner was a goose chase. Don't waste your time. Original post: In what universe is this a... "shmear" of cream cheese? I was the only customer and there were three employees behind the counter. I've never had a bruegger'sorder this bad and I've been a fan for decades. Just moved to NC and my sisters came to visit. We found this gem on the way to Waffle House. "NO REGERTS"! Best bagel I have... had. This will be my new breakfast spot to aid in my refusal to cook. Read more
My bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon/lox with capers and onions was decent. Definitely not NYC deli style. My favorite... treat came from the Caribou Coffee directly beside Brueggers. Great combo but the wait is high on Sunday mornings for both. Read more
Claire and Aaron are awesome! I come here several times a week during my breaks from work and I?m satisfied every time. The... ingredients have a consistently good quality and they always get my order correct. The lines do get long and sometimes seem tomove slowly, but given the size of the shop and the size of some of the orders, I?m not sure what else could be done toalleviate this. Read more
First time here and had a good time. They have a nice selection of bagels and what I thought were unique and various offerings. ... I never knew people like Salmon on a bagel in the morning. I had my standard of bacon, egg, and cheese on my cinnamon raisinbagel and was very pleased. Yes, you can get a bagel sandwich for less at other places but you get what you pay for. Co.e take aload off and sit in somewhere and relax for breakfast and coffee. Read more
