I gave this place two chances. The first time I went they obviously were short staff so wait time was extremely long and the... workers seemed disgruntled. I didn't leave a review because I wanted to try again under better circumstances. Today I went andthey seemed much better staffed. Customer service skills need improvement. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A please. My sandwichwas good. However the drink machine was dirty and there was water all over the floor in front of the machine. I almost slippedbut caught my balance. Food is ok but not good enough for me to return and face mediocre customer services and risk possibleinjury. Read more

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and they gave me sesame. Also, the lack of crème cheese was outstanding compared to... other bagel shops. The customer service is also lacking. You don?t have that warm welcoming vibe. It could be a lack of staff orpoor management. Read more

First off, I did come to be critical. For sure,not the worst bagel that I have had in Charlotte. I found the staff to be just... fine, efficient, friendly. Bagels are small but priced less than Poppy's for example. The two stars represents 4 stars forstaff, but I did get almost no cream cheese on my bagel. First and last time here. As someone who doesn't enjoy bagels, I certainly did like the bagel I ordered. My friend's and I all... got different Bagels and each one was equally as good. However, I will not be coming back here. The staff here, all of them, aredespicable. They are definitely not happy to be working here. There were atleast 6 ladies working here and not a single one hadan ounce of customer service skills. My friend's and I were "assisted" by a girl with long locks. I said assisted but in realityshe just looked at us while we ordered and did not utter a thing. She was rude and didn't wait for us to finish ordering whenshe instantly turned around dismissing us. She then got upset when we had to finish ordering with the girl at the register. Onlymade her job a tad bit more complicated by her own doing. For the people that are still deciding to come back to eat here, I'dsuggest you come with A LOT of patience. I know I certainly have it and have much more patience in not helping businesses thathave employees like these. Read more

First time here, the attendant was very friendly and helped me make a good choice. Iced coffee was great as well. Awesome place... and the bagel was hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. Recommended!! Read more
