This is our first time coming here. We we're greeted warmly by Sydney. She's extremely nice and friendly. We were seated... promptly and didn't have to wait. We wanted to try a little bit of everything. We ordered the 8 piece chicken wings with halfsweet chili and soy garlic with a side of pickled radish, the pot stickers were half sweet chili and soy garlic, bulgogibimbibop, Bulgogi fried rice, sierra mist and a sweet tea. The food was prepared fresh and was served nice and hot. My absolutefavorites are the sweet chili pot stickers and wings. Omg, they are absolutely delicious. ???????????? The pickled white radishis extremely fresh and crisp, you could taste it with every bite. My absolute favorite pickled radish dish so far. The food isabsolutely delicious and I would highly recommend coming here. We live 2 1/2 hours away from this location. However, we will beback whenever, we are in the area. I just went to eat with my husband, and the food is very good, and the attention with a waitress was great having a friendly... conversation, and we told him that a while ago we went to Korea, and that we like Korean food, but he started to ask my husbanddirectly, talking about Korean women who are very pretty and who have friends and relatives, she is from China, could Iintroduce him to some and she kept talking about the women from her country while offering them as if they were an object untilthat my husband told him that I am his wife stop talking and respect my wife from there I changed my attitude towards her, maybeshe said it because she saw my American husband, that's why I gave her 3 stars because I wanted a nice moment with my husbandand in minutes it became an awkward moment, it is the first time I visit this place and a Korean friend recommended it to me,but we will not return to this place again, because as waitresses they must keep their distance and do their job well andrespectfully or customers, that's why I doubt I will return to this restaurant. I've been to Bonchon several times and the staff is incredibly nice. Service is good. The food is definitely the best part.... You can't find better fried chicken in the Charlotte area. Delicious, crispy, and moist. I always order a side of kimchiwith the meal. The chicken pairs really well with alcohol. I highly recommend having a shot of soju with your meal.
