Terrible, went there st 12:25 today ordered 2 Supreme meals and I am still waiting for my order. 30 minutes and I can't leave... because I already paid. How do not have food ready around lunch time? Finally got the food with no apologies so if you have30 minutes or more to waste and sit in your car please go to that Bojangles. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ASKED FOR SOME BO-ROUNDS AND THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THEM LIKE I WAS... Dirty facility. Employees all have attitudes. I ordered just 4 chicken tenders, nothing else, and they still managed to get it... wrong. No self serve drink machine, so you have to wait in line to get refills. Atmosphere is horrible b/c it's a tiny stand ina bus station; No-drive thru. This gives Bojangles a bad name. Read more
Do not sleep on this Bojangles, they can surprise you. Best advice is to see if there is a line and cut your losses if there are... more than 5 people in front of you. The some of the staff can be rude but there is always 1 or 2 behind the counter that willcare about doing job. Find those people and key on them. Overall I can't fault them due to there location but they have saved memany times before work with quick service. Read more
Most unfriendly people ever, terrible customer service . I asked for FRESH FRIES, and nothing else the cashier was grumpy and... slow on his feet , then gave me the oldest fries in the building . I came back already late for work and asked for a manager ,he asked what I wanted .. Clearly he already knew because of the look on his face !!! I asked for fresh fries, I said. He yelledto the kitchen he needs fries. I walked away in disbelief watching him fix the same fries . Very disappointed. The otheremployees seem to have been a little upset that I asked for fresh fries too. He told me his name was Gary over the phone and hewas the supervisor. So distasteful !! Did a nice job revamping the look of the place. Now if they could only find some decent people to work here. Not a single ounce... of customer service in the whole building. It?s pathetic. Read more
