Disrespectful. Went through drive and respectfully told them it was a mobile order. They then asked what was the order. I told... them the order. Then after a bit of clarification they find out it was mobile order and acted as if I didn?t already say that.They proceeded to then make fun of my girlfriends name(mobile order) for no reason non stop. I even heard ?___ can come make itherself?. Keep in mind nobody was complaining about anything so there was no need for the disrespect. Then when we got the foodthey told us that they ran out of Bo Tato rounds and just gave us whatever random food they had laying around. Horrible people.Horrible food. Horrible experience. Read more

I walked into this place and sat at the counter waiting to order. After a few minutes of sitting there patiently a young man... walked up. I was a little confused but I said Hi how are you, he said hey I?m sorry but the inside is closed. He said we arejust doing drivethru right now but the door was open (i walked up so the door was open for a few minutes before I got there) andI checked the time it was around 6pm and it said the inside was suppose to be open. So I said ok and walked out. He didn?tapologize for the inconvenience or anything. Not upset with them closing down the inside before it was time to close the insideit was the customer service afterwards. So i walked back to go pick up my car from the charger and went through the drivethruand my fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting for 10 minutes. I didn?t feel the need to go back but I can honestlysay this is not a place I would recommend anyone go to. The customer service is one of the worst i have ever experienced.???????????????????????? Super disappointed in the management this morning I have been a long time customer and I've had a child that work for Bojangles... to help him start his job Journey while he was in high school I have always had an amazing experience with this location alwaysclaim always prompt and always on time unfortunately this morning the the management was very unprofessional I understoodexactly what she was saying and I did abide by the rules I did pay for what I needed to get that was extra but the way shetalked was very unprofessional and the management team that was there today she has been in management for a very long time sheprobably didn't recognize me but I definitely recognize her she also has new staff there which teaches them and allows them todo the same thing she does because she's in management it was kind of disappointing and hurting but lucky enough anothercustomer saw it and I was approached as I was leaving you got to be careful on how you treat long-term customers and people thatcome into your establishment she's just a part of the Bojangles team she is not the owner of Bojangles and I'm sure if themanagement look back and reviewed the footage on how she talked they would be surprised never went into the company orestablishment and ask for anything free but she went into a whole policies and procedures but the way she did it was definitelyunprofessional and it was wrong please train your team of management they just work for the company they are not the owners andthey should treat people how they want to be treated the sad thing is she made me pay for extra stuff which I did and I was okaywith that but then the fries that I wound up getting was dry and unseasoned and they taste like other food have been cooked withthem Read more

Bad bad bad service. I ordered bacon, egg and cheese biscuit at the drive-thru. Later ( already on the way to work ) I realized... that my biscuit was not baked all the way ? it was more like a warmed-up dough. I did not get a receipt. I called Bojangles atthis location and asked for my money back. I had to go back and wait in line at the drive-thru again. The girl at the window didnot even apologize. She gave me cash instead of putting the money back on my credit card and later I realized that instead of$3.67 (the money they charged me) she gave me back $3.24?!? All in all ? I wasted 30 minutes of my morning. I will never go tothat Bojangles again! Read more

Went here expecting to get a nice hit meal. To my surprise the bo rounds were old and greasy. I asked for a dark Cajun Fillet... biscuit. Not bread was light crumbly and the fillet was old. How can you get old food ???? early in the morning while waiting30 minutes in line to get your food??? I should have know something was up when the outside of the restaurant was filthy, trashevery where and then I saw a 93 sanitation grade. I should have pulled off? I've been to this bojangles' for a few years since I've been at university and ordering here today was not the best experience.... I went through drive through to kindly ask if I can get the 8pc box and the lady at the intercom rudely exclaimed that I wasn'tclear enough. I've been in customer service in IT and you do not treat your customers like this. She didn't even kindly talk tome when I was at the drive-in window. This happened on 8/10/22. Well sat in the drive thru for about 8-9 minutes before ordering to pull up and sit for about another 8-9 minutes get my food... biscuits was nice and buttery with cold No seasoning on fries. Everyone eat their Hot fries on the ride they were Not hot, trashthey go not returning to sit for 30 minutes waiting. Read more

It should have been zero !!!! I asked for a ham and egg combo fries fresh no seasoning. Well my friend was hard,cold and old.... The ham was dry and hard. Took it back and still gave me more of the same fries. I said I was willing to wait on fresh frieswhat I had ordered. They act like it was a problem so I backed up and asked for my money back as they had such a attitude but Istill said I what I had to say. Yes you all may need employees but you need to do better with who you hire. I will not be backor recommend anyone at this location ever !!!! Read more
