WORST BOJANGLES IN CHARLOTTE SKIP this place! Trust me! I went inside to order thinking it would be quicker, boy was I wrong.... The staff was running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, but it wasn?t even that busy. Waited in line atleast 15 minutes, different people working the register, also handling food without changing gloves. My fries had NO SEASONING,NONE! My Sierra Mist had NO FLAVOR, and there was NO ICE! The only thing done correctly was my chicken sandwich except I watchedthe same woman handling money make my sandwich without changing gloves! SICK! I?ve never had a worse experience at BojanglesEVER in my life. I will be contacting corporate over this one. Don?t believe the glowing reviews, this place is TRASH. Read more
Theres a reason there isnt a long line at lunch time like at other locations. Not only in the place disgusting the lady at the... drive through is mean. We dont got no mayo!!!!! We dont got no ketchup!!!!! So i ask for honey mustard just to have something todip this dry sandwich that they didnt put no mayo on and she wants to charge me for it. The other locations dont do that! So for27 cents youll never see me again. Spend all that $ on advertising maybe use it to give people 1 free sauce instead. Read more
This BoJangle?s was awesome.???????? The food was hot and fresh! All of the staff were extremely Friendly especially the lady... at the Drive-Thru window! It seems like they only want to accept credit cards before the afternoon and that?s it. Every time I go for breakfast or lunch... it?s fine but dinner their ?card machine is down.? And it?s every week. Sounds like they need to fix this issue or have workerswho want to work. Read more
it feels they honestly don't even try to get your order correct. it's a 50/50 shot that you'll come home with the right food. I... ordered a chicken biscuit with pimento cheese (which you pay extra for) and they gave me the world's smallest chicken biscuit(seriously looks like a chicken mini) with of course no pimento cheese. I have never gotten a correct order from here. Every single time. I swear it off after having a bad experience opening my bag,... and then months later I?ll go back and my order will be screwed up, again. Cycle repeats. But honestly I guess it doesn?t matterif the order is correct or not because there?s no shortage of customers at that location.
