I went through the drive through tonight to get my kids dinner. I ordered the homestyle tender 12 pc box family meal. I asked... again at the counter 3x to make sure it's tenders she said yes it will be $42.00. ok so I paid took the food home. Open the boxregular pieces of chicken probably 20 pieces. Packed it back up drove back there took it in the store. I said I got the wrongorder I ordered homestyle tenders. The manager/lead not sure of the title came out and said we no longer sell homestyle tenders. I said well why didn't she tell me that I asked her 3x make sure it's tenders and she said yes. I said this is not whatI asked for my kids won't eat this. I asked for a refund for my refund and left and went to KFC and got my kids chicken tenders.My this is how do you say yes it's tenders and give me whole pieces of chicken. I had to drive back there for them to know whatthey did hoping I'll accept the chicken cause it was a lot of chicken in that box but I didn't ask for that and I asked at thewindow. This is terrible customer service and misleading. I wasted my time my gas and my money I have to wait 48 to 72 hrs toget my $42.00 back. What if I didn't have any more money ? This is terrible. Terrible customer service. Went inside and waited in line because I thought it would be faster but the workers completely... ignored the customers at the counter and wouldn?t take anyone?s order even though a lot of them were just standing around notdoing anything. I then tried to go through the drive-through but there was no movement. I eventually left because I was tired ofwaiting around for over 20 minutes total and not getting any service. The chicken was hot and juicy but not greasy. But it was still good, so good that when I reheated it a week later, it was still... delicious. And yes, I froze four pieces, took them directly from the freezer to the oven (at 400 degrees), baked for 30 minutesin aluminum foil, then ate for 30 minutes. Surprisingly good. Read more
Went to the drive thru. They were out of dirty rice, mac n cheese. We ordered two 3 pc leg and thigh meals, both with pinto... beans and mashed potatoes n gravy. Paid for food, then was told they only had 1 mashed potatoes. We opted for fries. Wereceived green beans and fries-WRONG! The food was stale and one drumstick was the size of a nugget! This is the nastiest and most poorly run Bojangles you will ever visit. Once again, I'm sitting in the drive-thru, it's 5 cars... deep and nobody is taking any orders for several minutes. Maybe it is because employees are hanging out in the parking lotchit-chatting with friends. But slowly, your poorly trained employees start doing their job, but not really. They're tellingpeople that after 2 years of insisting on credit/debit cards sales only, today they are only doing cash sales. I sarcasticallythank you for the waste of time. I ordered breakfast, a Cajun fillet with egg, and they made it wrong by adding cheese instead of egg. Thankfully I checked... before leaving the parking lot and then went inside to have it corrected. The employees were arguing and, after replacing mybiscuit, made it the EXACT same way, adding cheese instead of egg. I am highly disappointed. Read more
