This location. Beat a homeless man with a chair. Inside of the facility they also. Verbally and physically assaulted him the... manager also the employees all because he fell asleep on the toilet! They asked him to leave , and they continually yelled athim and made his and my experience terrible!!! I will never step foot in this place ever again! You people are sick. He is stilla person. And this is a place that had a child behind the counter! It?s all on TikTok and it?s so devastating and sad to see! Read more

Gross just left this location and the food was disgusting they gave me old wings with feathers on them and they taste spoiled... this is gross and can make someone sick they are selling old chicken here and the biscuit is hard and burnt you should not beselling this mess it is so unacceptable I am also posting a picture of this meal I just received and the receipt.This is whypeople stop eating bojangles because the quality has completely went down hill. Good GOD, fries crunchy as hell like eating fat back, sandwich was soggy and looked like it had been sitting for Hours... (hopefully not days) The food industry is already struggling to keep afloat cause the pay minimum and no one wants to work, sothey are overwhelmed! It?s a horrible!! Friendly staff made the short wait well worth the yummy contents. We went big with the Family Bucket, and it took all of 3 or 4... minutes to load the goodies fresh and hot from the kitchen. The grandkids loved the cheesy mac & chicken fingers. The dirtyrice reminded me of our vacation in the bayou :) Read more
The food was good. It tasted great and was prepared quickly. Definitely go for the biscuits. It wasn't busy when I went at 1:00... in the afternoon. The restaurant cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The no parking sign (see the picture) in the parking lotreally didn't give a welcoming feel either. Read more
I ordered the spicy fried chicken and was good & fresh., I ordered it with a side mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Very... good choice if you are craving fried chicken. The one star is for the horrible customer service from the staff from hell. Badattitude towards the customers and a very disrespectful demeanor. The crew was cursing at each other, saying profanities outloud. I pointed out the issue to one of the male employees. I hope the owner of this place reads this review so he can take careof the issue. The place is what I don't know, a diner or a fast food chain ? Also I don't k ow how it ended up in the current condition it is,... I guess it is the food. The people coming over to ear aren't decent and the food isn't as well, except their fried chicken,which as well stands way below Popeyes line up, I guess if they want to be successful, there is a lot of changes needed to bemade to the menu and marketing....
