This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this location. It may be the last. Ordered 4 piece supreme combo, dirty... rice, tea and bbq sauce. My first time ever going to this Bojangles was this Monday, and I was not happy with the person who took my order. Even before I... went up and ordered, I felt like he was berating me in some way just because I am Asian. When it was time for me to order Iforgot that it is not 10:30 yet, I did not have my phone out because I did not want to play on my phone so I did not know mytime, and accidentally ordered some lunch menu items because I usually eat lunch around 11, but ate early because I had nothingto do and was hungry. He just said "We don't serve lunch until 10:30." I was like okay because I forgot that it is still early,and guess what he did right after during the middle of placing my order? Talked to his co-workers and walked away for a whileand stood there for a solid minute berating me that I ordered something from the lunch menu at that time. I was obviously nothappy, and I would probably not come back to this Bojangles anymore. Also, the line is by almost always long! If I go to anotherBojangles, I would just order and leave in under 10 minutes, while for this Bojangles, it would take a minimum of 20-30 minutesfor your order. I should've just went to another Bojangles to eat in the first place because I drove to the campus for class. Read more
The service was pretty slow and the orders took a really long time to get. I dont know what is going on at this uncc location... but they definitly could get there stuff together. On the other coin the food is still really good but other than that it's notvery memorable. I do enjoy eating in the student union but other than that I would not suggest this bojangles overall unlessyour willing to wait a decent amount. Read more
Probably the worst bojangles I've ever been too. The only thing that can be counted on is the incredibly slow service. Be... prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for an order that should take 2. Many times I've received dry chicken and half cooked friesas well. They are also seemingly out of everything all the time. Read more
This Bojangles is always out of cheer wine soft drink. At this particular visit, they were once again, out of cheer wine. What... angered me was the fact that they were also out of 24 ounce soft drink cups. Instead of giving everyone the 32 ounce cups, theywere instructed to give out the small 16 ounce cups instead. No discount was given and i was told i would be paying full pricefor the medium sized soft drink, even though they were giving me a small 16 ounce cup. Everyone in front of and behind me weregiven 16 ounce cups with their medium sized combo. This is outrageous and robbery. This particular location is always out ofsomething during every visit. I have never visited this establishment and been able to order cheer wine because they are alwaysout. In a situation where the medium sized cups have run out, they should have been giving out the larger 32 ounce cups instead,and lost some profit due to the failure of ordering enough medium sized cups. I've visited this location before and they havebeen completely out of chicken....how is a Bojangles going to run out of chicken. Everytime I come here it's something different. I don't normally complain but if they gone give me a large fry with my supreme... combo at least give me some fresh fries. Look like I was giving a large fry that was old and have been sitting for a min. Theygave me 4 tenders with a large fry that was old. The girl who took my order didn't even ask if I want a 4 or 6 piece she justgave me what ever at the window. Think this my last time eating here. Lunch hours my order always messed up. & At night y'allthink y'all could just give us food that has been sitting? Until someone gets sick. Read more
