I don't understand why some folk are in customer service if they don't know how to treat folks. This stablishment at 12noon has... the most rude and unprofessional people working there. All one race, not Latinos not white, and they are the rudest peoplealive. Stop hiring them. Read more
Breakfast was great! Workers were friendly. Took some time to get the food. Tables needed cleaning.
Cashier had music in his ears. Then he proceeded to fix my food with no glove. Tossed my rice in my box like a basket ball i... asked were the fries fresh they said no but put them n my box...got my money back....oh and the manager told me they had 4complaint b4 mine about the same thing. I?m not sure if the people working cannot read, or purposefully mess up orders but I have yet to have my order correct from this... restaurant. I received the wrong side, no sauces that I paid for, the food was cold and I waited an ungodly time for the order. I have tried going here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner but it doesn?t matter, something is always wrong. Triple check yourorder before you leave if you even dare to go. It?s best to avoid them at all cost. Update 6/5/22. 8:58 pm on a Sunday, theydon?t close till 10pm. All lights and signs are turned off, I pull around and ask the person outside taking trash out if they?restill open, he says yes. I pull to window and sit for 4 minutes before I ask the speaker are they open, a snippy reply is ?yea?.I asked are you ready for me to order? No reply. I wait 2 more minutes, and again ask ?are you guys ready for my order?, shesaid ?no, give me a minute.? After sitting for 13 minutes at the order window, I am beyond angry and ask, what the deal is. Layla (the girl running the speaker) says ?we are short staffed, if you don?t want to wait, you can go somewhere else? THEREWERE NO OTHER CARS IN FRONT OF ME. As I drove away, there are 3 men standing inside by the window on their phones, and onesweeping inside but no one doing any customer service. @Bojangles needs to let Layla go and get better staff. We sat in line for 20 mins after paying for our order and was informed that they where out of dirty rice after we paid and... waited for it! This sunday crew gets worse and worse weekly! During the week I never gave the kind of problems I have onsundays! Read more
I?m sure the Cajun filet I ordered at 10:30 am had been sitting since 7am. It was tough, dry and just terrible. This location... def needs to be shut down smh. Never a good experience. Read more
I ordered three orders chicken supreme combos. I received two strips with midget nugget in each box .When I noticed the young... lady said you ask for three supremes . I was like huh you meant three combos ? I didn?t even know Bojangles had a combo withjust three supremes . She went back to give the correct increments after trying to lie the first time . I?m not sure if theyknew the menu or was trying to cheap people . I?m never going back to this location.I paid $23. and change so I know I orderedsupreme combo that comes with four strips not three strips . Fries was not done at all. Wish I could've give it no stars. Inside was closed for no reason despite door being unlocked. When I asked why are they closed... despite the doors being unlocked they explained they were waiting for their manager. Keep in mind its 330pm. Read more
