I have a special place for Bojangles in my heart, but each time I go through the drive thru its an absolute mission. I can't... remember a time when my husband and I have had to make 2 separate transactions because there is always an item missing. Weattempt to prevent this by asking the employee to repeat back the order but nothing seems to work because they get annoyed.Every time we come here we are typically the only customers in line and they still get our sides wrong, along with no utensils.Its a bit frustrating and I hope this can improve going forward. Did not make the order the way I asked they left the cheese off of the steak sandwich when I return home it was not there I took... it back and they gave me fresh ones Read more

Stopped to get a late lunch for a friend. The drive thru line was ridiculous so I went inside. There were only two people inside... and it took forever to get our order taken and get our food. Seems like their priority was on the drive thru line so I?m notsure why the line was so long. There were plenty of employees at this location so it would be good to have someone dedicated toservicing inside guests. Read more

Big sign says "Come in, we've missed you." Doors are locked and they're serving drive thru only. No signage whatsoever to... indicate this. Good enough to take my money but not good enough to come inside and sit down to enjoy my lunch. Read more

Went to Bojangles last Wednesday on the coner of Eastway and the Plaza. I went thru the drive thru spoke my order. I would like... a kids meal chicken supreme with a medium fries.. get to the window pay the lady she gives me my food instead of a medium friesI get regular fries. While she's correcting my order I saw a RAT by the side door. I will never go back there. Read more

This location's food used to be 6/10 on a good day, but recently, it's be pushing out hot and fresh 10/10 quality!. My only... complaint is sometimes the team moves a little too quick and miss/misread an item. But they happily correct the error once it'sbrought to their attention. Read more

Woooooohweeeee.Frfr By far the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time and I have pandemic labor understanding, but... when the employees blatantly show you they don't care and keep saying things to others in the background to offend you while youare sitting in the drive thru. I sent my sodas back 3 times. No help from the lady and gentleman in the drive thru window. Nocompassion for my passengers and I or for the restaurant chain. I love Bo', but this location needs an overhaul. Stop treatinggood paying customers like this. Just close down and let another business open. Better and higher use... Read more
