The staff was very rude and wouldn't take our order and then said they only have supremes and fries. Bojangles I expected better... from you. This place had a full staff and not one customer. I could see four employees standing around while we had to pull upto window and they told us we had to go back to speaker to order. So we did and then they said they only had supremes and fries.Why would they not just tell us that instead of having us drive back around when there wasn't any customers. Customer service 1star. I love Bojangles and there food but this one needs evaluated. Good luck. Read more
Wasnt good hard old food wasn't fresh wouldn't go to this location if I knew the food wasn't fresh place was dirty all around... the drink station and one drink machine working one out of order bathroom wasn't the best either just not a good experience hereonly came cause I was in the area and wanted something quick to eat and they were out of Bo Berry biscuits definitely notpleased. This ladies shay and Mary worst customer service ever! We asked for honey mustard even said we will pay for it she said NO!... Close the window on us, I call the number on the receipt spoke to shay ?the manager? she said she had plenty of honey mustard, Iexplained to her how rude Mary was and she said okay I got a business to run I don?t got time to be on the phone! Me and a co-worker went to get a bite to eat before our 10 hour shift. Just to be greeted with an attitude and a wrong order. We... practically ordered the same thing. Except I ordered one more tender to my Supreme box. Just to recieve pieces of chickentenders that couldn't have equaled up to what we ordered. Also the macaroni tasted but 7 hours old and had a syrup undertone.And be sure to ask for sweet tea to get unsweetened tea. Will not be spending any mo ey over there again. Read more
I've never been to a Bojangles and was excited to try it (being from the West Coast) The gal was so rude to me! When she then... told me, without looking at me even, that they had no chicken and it would be 30 minutes, I just left. I am so glad I didn'tgive this place of business my money!!
