Terrible experience. First time at a Bojangles and will probably never go again. We bought 2 bo-berry biscuits at the drive... through. They were quick to take our order and pay. And then we waited. We waited 23 minutes for 2 small biscuits. It was such awaste of time. They were not busy. There was no one in the dining room. A few cars pulled up behind us and got their food. Notworth it. I'm going to be fair and give this location four stars for its consistent hot food and clean facility. If not for the staff... playing uncensored rap music from behind counter, loudly speaking only in four letter word obscenities. So blatantly andunapologetically in full view of customers. I would have given 5 stars. If you dine inside, it's like watching a play in atheater. Yet, these people are not acting baby. This is one of the worst locations for customer service & fresh food! And lord post pandemic it?s even worst especially the... second shift! The manager Gray is not equipped enough to train his employees or talk to customers in a professional manner onissues with his employees. He?s training them and ok?ing them to get on an intercom to start off by saying ?Yeah what do youwant?! Real ?hood or unprofessional like?. Only reason anyone goes here most of the time is that it?s right by the highway. Inwhich you?d think they?d be big on customer service on all shifts because you never know who will ride through!! Also the younglady that was in the window with the 2 guys, had myself and my kids waiting for 20mins one night, took my money and never gaveme my food and they turned the lights off on us and left. Exceptionally Clean Exceptionally Dedicated Exceptionally Fast and Accurate. Hot fresh and always delicious. This location has a... staff that is lead by one of the most profound leaders ever. His name is Gary and please believe me when I say. That you will beshocked at the speed and accuracy that he has this team operating at. Even when it's busy Gary and his crew seem to always beready willing and able to make my dinning experience nothing short of perfect. The drive thru seems to move at lighting speed.My wait time seems to never exceed more than a minute or two. The beverages are always perfect the biscuits are always fresh andthe chicken is always hot. This location has drastically improved over the past year or two. The outside of the store is cleanand I have never seen any amount of debris or trash within the parking lot. I will always wait until I'm on Statesville Rd tofrequent this Bojangles location.
