I?ve given this location a couple shots, and it?s hands down the worst Bojangles I?ve been to. Constantly understaffed to the... point that they don?t open the inside, then the drive through gets completely backed up. This may have been my poorest experience with fast food in my entire life. Awful front to back. Drive thru screens are broken,... there's no creamer for coffee, biscuits are undercooked, "steak" was sour, and hash browns stale. Avoid this entirely. Read more
They will absolutely screw you on your food purchase. Order one thing - they give you whatever they feel like. They won't fix it... either. For the prices they charge and considering they're a literal chicken establishment, not having chicken is mind blowing. I had 2 other meals and my third is a 4 pc supremes meal. Yall. The 4th tender is a nugget but they charged me full price by notgiving a fully sized tender. Im at a point where i wont recommend Bo's at all. Many Bo's has gone downhill in service, butcharging more. This one in particular is awful. Drive somewhere else. Read more
Been standing her for at least 20 mins and I'm going to keep standing here to see how long it takes to be taken care of. I was... alone but now I have 4 others behind me. I'm a manager for the bread palace. This is very disappointing to see at Bojangles. Ok,was just told after around a twenty minute wait that we all have to go through the drive through now. I'm not sure if this is acorporate location or franchised but this location will not be in business much longer with this kind of service. Read more
Visited this morning and service has greatly improved. There was a long drive through line that moved quickly, the person at the... window was friendly, and my order was correct. I had stopped going to this location due to poor service but I have had goodexperiences my last 3 visits, so I'm updating my rating from a 1 star to a 5. Read more
Visited this location. The general manager was very rude and disrespectful. Chicken was slimy and wet. The cashier did a great... job helping when we took the slimy chicken back and offer to replace it. GM decided to butt in and asking my mother to dig inthe trash for the chicken that was throw out. He threaten to pour hot grease on us when my fiancé asked him not to be having mymother to dig in the trash. Much more to the story. Police was called and district manager. Horrible customer service at the drive thru.. they had maybe 3 cars including mine. My drink wasn?t even filled up all the way.... I then asked nicely to fill it up.. management needs to look into this location or just close it. I know it?s hard to find pplto work but honestly other restaurants in the area are doing better.. not sure what?s happened to this location bc it used tobe great .. guess I?ll go to the one down the street in huntersville that?s way better managed.. Beware of this store!! I am petitioning to have this store closed of staff and service is not improved! This location is robbing... customers LITERALLY! People working in this store is intentionally messing up on orders! They are charging full price for mealsand not provide the food expected ! They are selling old overcooked food and there is ZERO CLEANLINESS! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWNRISK ! If I could give ZERO STARS I would ! Stopping eating at this horrible location! I was charged $9.49 per meal for a 4pctender box with fries ! As you see they did not even put 4 tenders in either box and the put Mac & cheese in the box !
