This used to be the good bojangles and now they no longer serve fries in the morning apparently because of people not showing up... for work. This is the second time and this excuse can't keep holding up. Please be better, and be glad chick fil a isn't closer. Read more
Not really one to post these types of reviews but this visit I left with disappointment in a bag. For starters, their drive-thru... was closed so we were forced to go inside. They informed us while waiting in line they were short staffed so it was takinglonger than normal, which was totally fine. They were telling people to wait 2-5 minutes between orders before the next personin line could order which was a little strange but okay. Once we got to the front we went to order and they told us they werenot doing any of the all day breakfast because they were short staffed. Okay cool -- order a tender meal and a biscuit and macand cheese on the side. Paid 15$ for everything and then was informed their soft drinks were out of order so you could only getsweet tea. Then we were told they didnt have the mac and cheese that was paid for, and finally there were no lids for the cups.The icing on the cake was the fact that the person making our food was not wearing gloves, but the cashier was. So I left with abiscuit and mashed potatoes that I didnt want, sweet tea that I didnt want, and no sauce was offered for my tenders. Save yourtime and money. Read more
This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. There's always something going on with this location. You're never able to... order what you want....you're pretty much told what they're going to make you. They allow you to wait in a long line only to getto the speaker and for them to tell you that they're only taking a certain form and payment through the drive-thru. Please tellme why you wouldn't have some way of stating to your customers that before they wait in a long line. Bottom line if this iswhere you're going for lunch I will tell you to think otherwise. You're not going to eat or you're not going to have enough timeto eat after you wait the extremely long process to get your food. Or you'll drive off and realize that you have ordered foodthat requires utensils and they did not put them in the bag. Don't look for napkins because they're not going to provide any foryou to wipe your mouth or your hands after you're done eating such food that they decide to give you. Read more
Food was not good at all. This use to be one my husband and I favorite chicken spots. They have fallen below the bar of edible,... enjoyable food. The chicken strips were dry and seemed old. The biscuits and fries were salty, and the tea tasted nasty. Nothinggood I can say about the meal I purchased. I don't know what happened to this place. (Never have any chicken now. 09/19/22)Thought there might be a change for the better, worse. They just need to shut down this location. The experience is horrible in this store, I went through the drive thru, ordered 12 pc meal and a chicken sandwich, they made me... wait for 30 minutes just to give me chicken tenders, and fries. I came back to confront the employees that they gave wrongorder. The person on the drive thru said that?s all they have, I said why didn?t tell me that no more chicken and no more sides.That person blame me for his mistake and never apologized.
