Ordered a 5 piece supreme combo with honey mustard, fries and a large ice tea an additional order of 6 biscuits. They didn?t... have fries, some how they were out. Substituted that with dirty rice. About 2 tablespoons. They shorted me a biscuit. And the 5they gave us were old, overcooked, and hard stuffed into the same box as the combo. And I didn?t get my honey mustard. You maybe wondering, why didn?t I check the bag? Well, that?s because I didn?t go. My 76 year old father did. And they took advantageof him. He didn?t even get a receipt. I warned him to watch his bank account. And this review will also stand as a time stampin case this becomes a legal issue. I will NEVER go to that Bojangles again. Maybe none of them. Horrible! Ordered a steak biscuit and it was the worst. Seem like the steak had been in incubation for a week. It was hard, dry... etc. I will never go back to that location ever. Worker's should know better than to serve old food. Especially, if the foodhas been sitting under heat for over a certain time limit. That's part of their training pertaining to serving food. It'shorrible how people are in these fast food restaurants and careless of what they are distributing to customers. It's sodegrading. Management should be fired if they can't train their employees on the correct way of serving hot and fresh food. Read more
Management was courteous and friendly. Service was quick. The fries had to much salt/ seasoning on them. Our sandwiches where... delicious ( fresh lettuce and tomatoes). The chicken was crispy, juicy and flavourful. The only downside to the Bojanglesexperience at this location was that most of the tables weren't clean (house keeping issues). Read more
AT THIS LOCATION: The drive through line was long so I decided to go inside.Windows around the whole perimeter of restaurant... from the inside were dirty. The workers at the counter and the window (handling food to customers) were not wearing any gloves.They seem to have no sense of urgency with the long line outside and the long drive through. As far as I can count from standingat the counter there are 8 people working inside and 1 outside on break. Don?t get me wrong the food was all stocked.
