Doors were locked with no notice of dining area being closed. Manager did not help and only seemed concerned with making sure... lobby doors were locked. Patrons let other customers in. The ladies were working register and also serving customers. Tableswere not cleaned and there was no coffee in the lobby. Read more

I have visited this location a total of 5 times because it is close to my workplace and every order has been wrong!! I was... charged for a 4 piece supreme tenders and got 1 and a box full of Bo Rounds and this morning paid for two sausage egg and cheesebiscuits and received 1 sausage and one plain biscuit. Employees are on their cell phones having conversations have badattitudes and are rude!!! Will never spend a penny there again. Read more

Today, I am very honored and grateful to express my appreciation to the store manager-Jamal and his energetic team. I have... witnessed how Teamwork makes dreamwork at this store from several visits. The model of Chic-Fil-A has been set as the standardfor the fast food industry, however, I would like to evaluate Bojangles from the different perspective?for the past 25 years, Ihad refused to step both my left and right foot into any Bojangles, however, the store manager, Jamal, his professionalism andfriendliness made me want to take a leap of faith, it turns out I am not only happy, but found myself feel so comfortable witheverything, even the music choice?I believe this store can be the next Textbook material of ?Best Customer Service?. Galleria Village location never seasons the fries and has forgotten sauces multiple times. Customer service is trash. The only... thing I recommend is going to a different Bojangles. Read more

Supposed to open at 6 am, was trapped in drive-thru until person behind me gave up and I was able to back out after 15 minutes... late. Whoever was on shift Sunday, 23 October, 2022 should be reprimanded. Read more

Came through the drive thru this morning and my lid wasn't put on the cup properly. Resulted in tea spilling all over my uniform... and car and cellphone. This resulted on me being late for work being I had to go home change and clean the car. I originallycalled to have the order replaced in the morning. But the Manager in me won't have it. I will be back in the morning and I wouldlike my 4 dollars 3 quarters 2 dimes 1 penny back....do better Read more

This is one horrible place to eat. Food is stale most times, the restaurant inside is filthy and probably would not get a "C"... rating by the Health Department. They often don't have exact change if you pay in cash. The wait time at the drive through islong. Often the staff is rude. They often drop your change on the ground at the drive through. It's just filthy and lousy foodand customer service. No more for me. Read more

I ordered a #13 today, and received an unwelcome surprise in my box of chicken. I received a button such as a Bojangles employee... might wear in a hat or apron. It wasn?t touching the food, and it was not a likely hazard, but it was obviously not supposed tobe in the box. The drive-thru was pretty quick, and the food was okay, but keep your buttons out of the boxes of overpricedfood you are handing out the window. A small child could have mistaken this as something edible, as it did happen to be in a boxof food. Read more
