Ordered two cones one they gave us the wrong flavor, they did not take the wrong one back and they charged for three cones. The... waffle cones were stale. Not many choices for ice-cream flavors. Read more

Should have stuck to my intuition and not stopped here after reading the negative reviews, they are very much accurate. I... stopped by to grab 2 sundaes, 3 scoop and 2 scoop. I stated I wanted sundaes and just wanted caramel and nuts on one, and nutson the other (done this plenty times before at other locations). I'm told to pull up to the window, no total given. Get to thewindow and give my card, the total is over $13 ????. I'm taken aback because 3 scoop is 5 something and double is 4 something,doesn't add up to $13. So I said woah, tax must be high or something, and asked how does it total 13. The guy in the window(Matthew on the receipt) stated the price of the 2 and 3-scoop and basically charged me individually .99 for nuts twice and forcaramel ????. I've never had that happen before and have been to Baskin Robbins in multiple locations and in various states. Ina calm and connected voice I restated to him I asked for sundaes and isn't that technically the same. He responds rudely andwith sass saying "it's technically not." That was it for me, that was uncalled for and completely disrespectful. I immediatelysaid never mind, I want a refund. I refuse to spend hard earned money on an establishment such as this. The guy goes and tellssome young Black male, who comes to the window, says nothing, I give my card for the refund. He hands the receipt back to mewith my card, and still says absolutely nothing. Wait, there's more, the kicker is the refund wasn't even the right amount,which I didn't notice until I drove off (but my bank took care it). No one apologized, said a word, and never came back to thewindow. I was perplexed. What a waste of time, gas, and energy. Hands down The worst experience I've ever had at BaskinRobbins/Dunkin Donuts! This is the worst Baskin-Robbins location on the planet! For one thing, the lobby has been closed "due to staffing issues" for... at least 2 months. So drive-thru is your only option. Problem with that is, staff aren't interested in selling ice cream at all(it's a combo Dunkin'Baskin-Robbins), and become actively hostile when you ask for it - or they'll claim that they're out ofwhatever flavor you ask for, even basics like chocolate or vanilla. They also sometimes just stop replying to the drive-thruspeaker in hopes that you'll leave. Odd thing is, this was such a great, friendly location a few months ago! I used to lovegoing there, but I sure as hell won't spend any money there now, given how awful my last couple experiences were. Read more

I ordered milkshakes through DoorDash. When the Dasher arrived at the store she had to call me to let me know they did not have... any of the flavors I ordered available. When the employee read off the options they did have available, I picked some of thealternative options they had. Once I picked them, the employee proceeded to say that they now did not even have any of thoseflavors available all of a sudden. This happened not once, but TWICE. The person serving us had NO idea what he was doing. He didn't even know what "single scoop dish" meant. I had to point. And... then I paid $3 for almost no ice cream. I could have gotten a whole carton for $3 at the store. I go for the experience. And myexperience was bad. The tiny ice cream I did receive was tasty though. Read more
