Went to order vanilla milkshakes and we're told they're out of vanilla? Then tried to get chocolate and they're out of chocolate... too? Decided to get single scoops instead since all the flavors were odd and now no waffle cones? Unfortuante they can't live upto half their name. Poor management to say the least. Read more
This morning I went BR-DD and I had the best experience with a young lady named Crystal. I had a problem with my order and had... to go back , I must say it was my fault But she was so professional and smiled the entire time , It was just her demeanor andher charisma and the way she smiled she made the day a better day. It could be hard sometimes when you work with the public , ifeveryone was like that the world would be a better place. I like the ice cream they have allot of flavors on display and they let you sample all of them if you want, they don't always... have waffle cones but when they do, expect them to be fresh or sometimes if you are lucky you can see them make it on the spotand sell it to you while it is still warm. However the store is not very clean, they don't wipe the tables and when you ask themthey give you a rag to wipe your table which made me feel a little upset. All in all the staff is friendly so thats good and sois the ice cream! Read more
