Flavors aren't listed outside..tried to order a double scoop of chocolate ice cream with cookie dough pieces..listed on the menu... as a topping. No cookie dough pieces right now. Okay..worker says..we have cookie dough..oh okay..let's get that. Worker..ohsorry..we don't have any cookie dough out. Do you have anything like that? We have 31 flavors ma'am. Do you have chocolatebrownie? No. Anything like chocolate brownie? We have chocolate. Okay....can I get chocolate then pls? Would you like a doublescoop? Ahhhhhhh! I just ordered pralines and cream ice cream and they sent the wrong one to my house. And this was AFTER getting off the phone... with the girl asking if they had it, she said yes and they still sent me the wrong ice cream. Read more

We love ordering from this Baskin-Robbins,when were on this side of town. I was turned off and Un-impressed with the order... taker,she was rude and quite nasty,no one should experience that type of behavior when catering to any one's businessestablishment,not only does it give the business a bad name,it causes them to loose customers as well,we felt as though thedozen doughnuts we bought were stale,not fresh on purpose. Horrible Horrible Horrible and completely inexcusable bad behavior combined with the worst customer service Ever. This location... is in a class of its own. Everything from bad attitudes to condescending looks and everything in-between. This review isdirected towards one associate and one associate only. The little Asian young lady at this location seems to always either be ina very very bad mood or she either hates her job. How do you not have bagels and cream cheese ready for sale at five thirty am.How is it that she couldn't or just wouldn't offer me the common decency that a customer deserves. Very disappointed in my service. Ordered through the drive thru and when the lady handed me my two scoop ice cream cone, the ice... cream was already melting into my hand and the rest of the ice cream was a lumpy oatmeal texture (due to freezer burn beingmelted). So naturally it made a mess and didn?t even taste good. The two doughnuts that I got as well were stale and hardlyedible. Read more
Worst Experience - Not Well Run. The hours say 5am to 9pm, but you'd better get there before 8pm, because that's when the night... crew turns the lights off and starts shutting everything down. Tried to get ice cream at 8pm, but the door was locked and wastold that they "weren't serving anymore ice cream for the night". Poorly Run. Read more
