I ordered 1 dozen bagel - not sliced - and stood there waiting while they made sandwiches/bagels for 6 customers AFTER me - when... I said something they said there right there (at the other end of the counter from where EVERYONE else received their food) he?sbeen calling your name . . . My name is ?Toni? he was calling ?Alexa? - sorry Bagel Bin those names are not even close!!! Bagels are good but the customer service and attitude was was just rude - like it was my fault they got the names wrong. . . .If you make a mistake apologize and offer to make it better not blame the customer! Good, but not as fresh as West End Bagels in Indian Land. Theirs always seem to be made daily and fresh. Soft on the inside,... firm on the outsideand chewy. This and last time at Bagle Bin, they were kinda hard. Seemed day old maybe? ??????? Read more
So excited to have found this little hidden gem right near my massage spa office. It's reminds me of a NYC bodega or corner... store sandwich shop. Very friendly staff, Boar's Head meats, variety of bagel flavors, kaiser rolls, and opened face sandwicheswith fun names that taste delicious! Got some egg everything and salt bagels, both were the worst bagels I?ve ever eaten. I?ve never not been able to finish a bagel,... today was the first time. Salt bagels were too hard and the everything were grossly mushy. Definitely recommend poppy seeds inweddington, they never disappoint. Read more

Ordered and paid online which is very convenient. Walked in to pick up my order and walked right out. We ordered bagel sandwichs... with eggs. I had a salt bagel which was descent tasting, but the first time I ever had so much salt in a bagel, both on top andbottom. I had to scrape salt off and it was still too salty. This place has the BEST bagels i?ve had in the carolinas. Came over here for the first time in a few years disappointed to say... they were closed. Although i understand staffing now is difficult, hours should still be accurate and updated online. Sad to sayi will now be going to west end bagels :( Read more
